Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Stile Land. We are committed to providing quality clothing, shoes, and perfumes to our customers across Ghana. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.

  • The item is accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used perfumes.

  • Underwear, socks, or intimate apparel.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, we may require:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the item showing the issue.

  • A brief description of the problem.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Clothing that does not fit.

  • Shoes requiring a different size.

  • Incorrect items received.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method where possible.

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Stile Land or a defective product.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable delivery service when returning items.

7. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Product Name

  • Reason for Return

  • Photos (if applicable)

8. Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.

Stile Land reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.
